General Membership Terms

1. Membership Validity

All VR Premier memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Memberships must be renewed annually to continue enjoying benefits.

2. Member Identification

Members must present valid identification to access member benefits. Only registered members can utilize membership privileges, with the exception of nominated room nights.

3. Membership Categories

VR Premier Silver: Free - 5% points back
VR Premier Gold: ₹2,999 - 1 complimentary night, 10% points back
VR Premier Platinum: ₹8,999 - 3 complimentary nights, 15% points back
VR Premier Diamond: ₹17,999 - 6 complimentary nights, 20% points back

Transfer Policy & Nominee Rights

Important: Limited Transfer Rights

Only complimentary room nights can be transferred to nominees. All other membership benefits (points earning, points redemption, discounts) are exclusive to the registered member.

4. Non-Transferable Benefits

Points earning privileges, points redemption rights, member discounts, priority reservations, room upgrades, and access to member-only events are strictly non-transferable and require the member to be present.

5. Nominee Authorization for Room Nights

To authorize a nominee for complimentary room usage, the member must contact the hotel directly with the nominee's details at the time of booking. The nominee must present valid government ID at check-in.

Benefits, Points & Eligible Purchases

6. Complimentary Room Nights

All complimentary nights are for Deluxe Rooms and are subject to availability. Advance booking is required, and blackout dates may apply. Unused nights expire at the end of the membership year and hold no cash value.

7. Points Earning & Redemption System

Members earn points back on eligible purchases after any other promotions/offers are applied (net spend). Current eligible categories include: Dining, Events, Health Club, Beauty Salon, and Spa services. Additional categories will be added regularly.

Silver Members: 5% points back on eligible purchases
Gold Members: 10% points back on eligible purchases
Platinum Members: 15% points back on eligible purchases
Diamond Members: 20% points back on eligible purchases
1 Point = ₹1 redemption value
Room bookings are NOT eligible for points earning

8. Points Redemption Rules

Points can be redeemed on eligible purchases only when the registered member is present and shows valid ID. Points cannot be transferred to other persons or converted to cash.

Important Restrictions & Cancellation

9. Membership Cancellation & Refunds

Memberships are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased. Vimala Regency reserves the right to terminate a membership for any violation of these terms without a refund.

10. Modification of Terms

Vimala Regency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
